Intro
Outplacement
We help you and your employees manage organizational changes and strengthen team stability and efficiency.
Employee layoffs are always a difficult situation for both the company and its staff. The goal of Outplacement is to help departing employees cope with the situation and ensure the smoothest possible transition to new employment.
We help employees navigate the job market and clarify their vision of the next career path. Together, we create a competitive CV, a LinkedIn profile, and focus on thorough preparation for job interviews.
Group Outplacement
Group Outplacement is intended for companies that are dismissing a larger number of employees and want to provide them with strong support in coping with this life change and in finding new employment.
The program aims to help departing employees quickly navigate the labor market, create a competitive CV including a LinkedIn profile, and prepare for job interviews.
The structure of the program is always adapted to the specific market in which the dismissed employees operate, as well as to the location and positions. However, the program is usually organized in the form of two group seminars followed by individual consultations. During the group sessions with employees, we mainly cover:
- how to proceed after job loss
- being objective
- proper drafting and creation of a CV, cover letter, and references
- recommendations on online presentation on social networks, websites, etc.
- an effective strategy for finding new employment,
- options for retraining and further education.
Following the group seminars, during individual consultations we focus with employees mainly on feedback regarding specific positions, the prepared CV, and the strategy for approaching potential employers.
Individual Outplacement
The Individual Outplacement Program is intended for companies that are required to dismiss individual employees and wish to support them in finding new, suitable employment.
We provide employees with support in finding employment, including effective guidance on the labor market. During joint sessions, we analyze their professional history and future visions, prepare a professional CV with a LinkedIn profile, and focus on thorough preparation for job interviews.
All sessions and the entire program are organized fully individually, tailored to the needs of the departing employee. The most common format of the program consists of 10 personal sessions, during which we jointly focus on:
- analysis of professional past, present, and future goals,
- review of the existing CV and LinkedIn profile, including adjustments according to current goals,
- review of the current online presence on social networks, websites, etc.,
- monitoring of the labor market and preparation for approaching it,
- preparation of references,
- addressing the labor market
- detailed preparation for job interviews, including mock interviews,
- training in argumentation and negotiation.
The program aims not only to provide help and support in the current job search. We wish the outcome to be the successful adoption of tools for professional self-presentation and the transfer of knowledge and skills that will enable the employee to handle similar situations in the future effectively and independently.
