We have been providing modern personnel services to companies and individuals since 2006. Our specialty is Executive Search. This service involves seeking and vetting candidates for top managerial and specialist positions in many fields.

TOPSEARCH was founded by Andrea Jarošová in 2006. Even back then, she could already draw on extensive HR expertise gained in multinational companies. Since its inception, the company has continued to grow and expand upon the range of services it offers. In addition to Executive Search, we offer employee education programs tailored to the client’s needs and also create Outplacement programs. We provide a wide range of personnel consultancy services and individual professional guidance through our Career Development program.

Partner
Miloš specializes in FMCG, B2B, industry and trade. He has been collaborating with TOPSEARCH, s.r.o. since its foundation.

Ivo has been working in Personnel Management and Human Resources for over 10 years, and additionally has experience in Marketing and Social Network Administration.
