Our Story
TOPSEARCH, s.r.o. was founded by Andrea Jarošová in 2006. Since its establishment, the company has utilized and benefitted from her vast multinational HR experience.
2006
Beginnings
In January, TOPSEARCH is founded by Andrea Jarošová, and she and her team start working in the company headquarters on Konviktská Street. That same year, the company manages to acquire its first big client, Toyota, with whom TOPSEARCH continues to work to this day.
2007
First move
The company acquires new clients and colleagues. Clients’ positive feedback on the location and atmosphere of the TOPSEARCH offices lead to the cancellation of a planned relocation to a business center, and instead, in December 2007 the company moves to larger offices at the same address.
2008
New services added
Outplacement and Consulting are added to the TOPSEARCH portfolio. The financial crisis affects many companies and a great effort is made to minimize its negative impacts. Laid-off employees are assisted in finding new jobs as soon as possible, and companies are advised on strategies for the effective handling of the crisis.
2011
Expansion of our team
New colleagues with extensive long-term experience on the client side are taken on, bringing with them additional in-depth perspective. Existing clients become increasingly interested in more individualized services, and the TOPSEARCH product line is expanded to include Career Development and Training.
2013
Career Development
Career Development becomes a very significant part of the TOPSEARCH product line, and this service is increasingly used by managers; people who need comprehensive professional services. Services provided start with a summarization of skills and build up to fully utilizing our know-how for entry into the market.
2015
Executive Search in Health Care
The portfolio of services is expanded to include Executive Search in Health Care. TOPSEARCH's vast experience in the fields of Pharmacy, as well as Health Care, lead to the company becoming a highly valued partner for many companies searching for physicians, head physicians and specialists.
2017
Executive lounge
The Executive Lounge on Pařížská Street is opened. The Lounge serves as a safe and discreet venue for negotiations between clients and candidates, and also for private meetings under the Career Development program.
