Since 2006 we have been providing modern HR services to companies and individuals. Our main specialization is Executive Search, through which we fill top management positions and leading specialist roles across various fields.
TOPSEARCH was founded by Andrea Jarošová, who at its inception could already rely on years of experience in HR within multinational companies. Since its foundation, we have been gradually growing and expanding our range of services. In addition to Executive Search, we also focus on employee training tailored to client needs and create programs for Outplacement. We offer a wide range of HR consulting services as well as individual professional guidance in the form of Career Development.
