Job Description
Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including their evaluation
Content creation for the company website and CMS management
Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and video production
Collaboration with graphic designers and copywriters on marketing materials
Coordination with agencies on content creation (PPC campaigns, videos, graphic outputs)
Communication with company partners, especially athletes, and securing materials for marketing purposes
Preparation and control of online and print marketing outputs (brochures, social media, ads) in line with company strategy
Newsletter campaign management
Coordination of marketing activities in preparation and execution of company events
Independent planning, management, and leadership of assigned marketing projects and campaigns
Participation in online campaigns of individual brands represented by the company
Ensuring consistent visual communication of the represented brands
Management of the marketing budget dedicated to specific activities
Communication with key business and strategic partners, as well as media
Monitoring and evaluating results of sales and marketing activities, and implementing changes to optimize strategies and campaigns
Preparation of marketing materials and coordination of delivery by selected agencies (brochures, product sheets, presentations, emails, websites)
Content creation including articles, blogs, case studies, and customer references
Community management
Monitoring and evaluating the performance and ROI of marketing campaigns
Tracking trends and competition, conducting target market analyses
Qualification
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Completed secondary/university education in marketing, business, economics, or related field
Strong communication skills and ability to organize tasks effectively, including setting priorities, deadlines, and budgets
Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new things
Analytical thinking: ability to work with data, analyze, and propose improvements
Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work independently: we are looking for someone who brings new ideas and is not afraid to implement them
Ability to react quickly to changes and adapt to the given situation
Practical experience in marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
